How can I keep my spouse from selling property before we divorce in Florida?

In most circuits in Florida, there is a procedure by which, in every case, a status quo order is entered. It is expected that neither spouse dissipate or change the status quo, sell property, or dispose of property during the pendency of a dissolution of marriage without a court order or the agreement of the other spouse. During the divorce, it is important that both parties maintain the status quo and keep everything as it was during the intact marriage.
