When parents are not divorced yet, can one parent move with the children out of Florida?

When parents are not divorced during the pendency of a dissolution of marriage action, neither parent is permitted to move from the jurisdiction of the court without the permission of the court or the other parent. Do not move from the state of Florida or the jurisdiction of the court with your children, unless you have the other parent's permission, which has been reduced to writing, and/or a court order.
